It was one of the first Thrash death metal bands which was established in the early 80s that was a combination of death metal and Hardcore Punk with thrash.

After the release of their second album, the band decided to be separated and announced officially their last concert on August 26 1988 in Anaheim California.
After the Vinnie Vincent invasion got disbanded, Mark Slaughter and Dana Strum begin to start their next move and create a band called Slaughter.
Dana stated that despite having the same thoughts his band member were “distinctly different animals. However, he thought it was going to be the perfect mixture of various different personalities. Despite having a lot of barriers the band finally get along in January 1989 and both Mark and Dana started to hammer out a song.
Later on, their band lacked two members and they were looking for two other players who wanted to share their “one for all and all for one” attitude, and another criterion was band members should not have d drinking or drug problem, and they had to be very “fan orientated.
