Jennifer Aniston has had sleep issues for decades. The Morning Show actress has confessed that she often dreads spending another night “counting gaps in the walls” as she observes the consequences of sleep deprivation.

Aniston stated, “I dread spending another night counting cracks in the walls. I think it started somewhere in my 30s or even earlier, but you just don’t start to notice the effects of a lack of sleep when we’re younger because we’re so invincible.”

Jennifer, who is the sister of Alex Aniston, stated that she suffered from sleepwalking when she was super sleep deprived. However, now it has stopped.

The artist, who is said to have sought medical care for her sleeping problems, explained that it became difficult for her to maintain her health because a lack of sleep prohibited her from exercising.

She added, “It became something that I really was struggling with. It used to be the last thing on the list, but you can’t really abide by the three pillars of health which are diet, exercise and sleep if you can’t really exercise and you can’t really eat right if you haven’t slept well because your body clock is so completely thrown off.”

Aniston, along with other Friends cast members Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow, and Matt LeBlanc, became global stars because of the success of the show. The California native continued her Friends success with hits such as Bruce Almighty, The Break-Up, Marley & Me, Just Go with It, and Horrible Bosses to name a few.
