Jim Toth is a talent scout from the United States who works as the head of motion picture talent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Los Angeles. This talent agency represents most Hollywood’s biggest names, including Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, and Lady Gaga.

Jim James Joseph Toth was born in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, in 1970. His grandpa was a Hungarian immigrant who worked at Crucible Steel in Midland, Pennsylvania, and served in the army.

In January 2010, Reese Witherspoon & Jim Toth was met for the first time. Reese and Jim met at a party soon after Reese ended her relationship with ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. Reese told Elle that it occurred out of nowhere, claiming that a drunk guy was hitting on her and making such a fool of himself.

On March 26, 2011, the pair married in a small ceremony at her 1920s ranch residence in Ojai, California. Reese wore a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier blush-hued gown to the ceremony and then changed into another Lhuillier design (a white silk short dress) for the reception. Her daughter, Ava, served as maid of honor and wore a bespoke Lhuillier gown.

After marrying, Jim became the stepfather to Reese’s two children from her previous marriage, Ava and Deacon, in September 2011.
