Hayden was involved in an alleged domestic violence incident in October after police received a report of a domestic attack in process between Brian and his father. The responding officer claimed to have observed Brian following his father around the home with a Gatorade bottle in his hand a month later.

Recent Fight Of Brian Hickerson
After getting into a major brawl at a prominent Sunset Strip hotel, Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, seem to be tag-team teammates rather than lovers.
An insane video from 25th March 2022 night outside the Sunset Marquis, when HP, namely Brian, threw down with a massive crowd. Security was able to settle things down for a while, but Brian got loose, escalating the situation again.
According to an eyewitness, things began inside the hotel bar when an altercation erupted between Hayden, Brian, and other guests. The management booted everyone out when one of the members in the other group claimed Brian spat on them, resulting in this crazy brawl on the street.
During the brawl, Hayden tries her hardest to peel Brian away from the others, and it looks like she is kicked in the face while in the scrum. She’s been heard saying, Brian, prison! presumably to warn him of the consequences if authorities arrive there since he’s on probation until 2025. When everyone is eventually separated, Brian and Hayden return to the hotel, where she apologizes to the staff, and the other party departs.
