Armie Hammer and Elizabeth initially met in 2006, when the Call Me by Your Name actress was planning a vacation to Los Angeles with pals. Elizabeth was even asked to an adventure day by a mutual friend. The two were initially connected that day through Armie’s artist buddy Tyler Ramsey.
According to the publication, Hammer was enamored with her at first sight. “I recall she pulled in and got out of the car, and I felt like I’d been knocked down,” he added. Is she the sole stumbling block? At the time, Chambers had a boyfriend. “Our relationship grew and grew until one day I said, ‘I can’t be friends with you anymore,'” Hammer explained.

Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers tied a knot on May 22, 2010, in a small wedding in Southern California after dating for three years. A massive group of loved ones and close family gathered to witness the magnificent wedding ceremony.
Their wedding was featured in the January 2011 edition of Town & Country. “When we eventually got together, Armie wanted to get married,” the bride said on Town & Country in 2013. They celebrated their last tenth wedding anniversary on May 22, 2020.
Furthermore, the former couple had two children together throughout their partnership. On December 1, 2014, they welcomed their daughter Harper Grace Hammer into the world. Jay Goldberg, a doctor, delivered her. On January 15, 2017, they welcomed their youngest son Ford Douglas Armand Hammer, who was born three years prior.

Elizabeth and Hammer’s relationship is ended. On July 6, 2020, they shared a flashback photo of themselves on their individual Instagram accounts, announcing their separation after ten years of marriage.
The model filed for divorce on July 11, 2020, alleging irreconcilable differences in her petition. She asked the court for primary physical custody of their two children and shared legal custody of the other two. Recently, the couple is reportedly reconciled.
