Golnesa Gharachedaghi was born in Los Angeles, California, on November 27, 1981. G.G. was raised in the United States by Iranian-American parents who immigrated to the United States in 1975. His ethnicity is Azeri, a linguistic minority in Iran. Her father found G.A. Architecture and Planning, one of Los Angeles’s most renowned boutique architecture firms.
G.G. claims to have gone to Catholic and Jewish schools as a child. She has also stated that she has been expelled from several schools for fighting. In high school, she joined a gymnastics team and quickly became quite skilled at the sport. She even trained to be a United States Olympic team member in 1996. She eventually decided against pursuing a career as an athlete and enrolled at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Golnesa Gharachedaghi’s first high-profile relationship was with Omid Kalantari, with whom she was engaged from 2012 to 2013, before splitting up. Golnesa married Shalom Yeroushalmi in 2017. Golnesa stated that their marriage was proof that love knows no boundaries because she was Muslim and he was Jewish.
Later that year, the pair divorced. G.G. decided she wanted to start a family after her divorce from Shalom. She announced plans to find a suitable sperm donor in 2018, and various media sources confirmed her pregnancy in 2019. She is the mother of a son now.
