Christina Haack has announced her engagement to Joshua Hall just three months after divorcing her second husband, Ant Anstead. Tarek El Moussa, Haack’s first husband, and his fiancee, Heather Rae Young, are delighted for her, calling the news “wonderful.” Haack and Hall started dating earlier this year and announced their relationship on Instagram on July 8.

“We just saw, but congratulations!” When asked about the news, El Moussa told PEOPLE on Sept. 20. El Moussa and Haack were married from 2009 until 2016 and had two children: Taylor, who turned 11 this week, and Brayden, who is six. Although they are no longer together, they continue to collaborate professionally as HGTV’s Flip or Flop hosts.

Furthermore, Young congratulated Haack and Hall as well. “Wow, this is incredible! We simply want [Christina and Josh] to be happy, as well as the children. “According to PEOPLE, Young, who appears in Netflix’s Selling Sunset and is engaged to El Moussa, got engaged in July 2020. “We’re looking forward to the next chapter of everyone’s lives.” Christina is also a millionaire.

On Sept. 20, Haack announced her engagement on Instagram, sharing photographs from the couple’s recent Mexico vacation to honor Hall’s birthday. She took another beach photo for Hall’s birthday the day before she announced the engagement. On Sept. 19, she wrote, “Happy birthday, baby.” “You give me that teenage kinda love the vibe and manly protection. It’s a combo for a lifetime of happiness + success. Thank you for reminding me what life and love are like when you put down technology. I love you, Josh.“

While El Moussa was pleased with Haack’s engagement, he did address a recent dispute. TMZ reported in July that the former couple had a heated disagreement while filming the next season of Flip or Flop. El Moussa allegedly called Haack a “washed-up loser” and made a disparaging comparison to Young at one point. Last week, El Moussa told E! News that the “whole situation just awful for everyone involved.”

The American actor explained, “Christina and I, we worked together, wow, for over ten years now, and we’ve been working together as exes for five years now.” He added, “As you can imagine, it can be stressful working with an ex, and we did have an incident where some choice words were said on both sides, and I’m sure we both wish the whole thing never happened.“

I mean, I certainly do, but honestly, since we got into that little disagreement a few months back, I’ve just decided that moving forward, never again, Moussa explained.
