On Tuesday’s episode of Teen Mom: Family Reunion, Devoin Austin, star of Teen Mom 2, joined the celebration. His reunion with ex-girlfriend Briana DeJesus, however, was not totally pleasant. When DeJesus and Austin sought advice from Dr. Cheyenne Bryant regarding their co-parenting situation, the conversation quickly became heated.

The TV personality decided to invite Austin to the retreat after consulting with the other moms on the trip. Following his arrival, the pair, who share a 10-year-old daughter named Nova, started out on a nice one. Austin also shared some good news with DeJesus, revealing that he proposed to his girlfriend, Jasmin.

When DeJesus and Austin sought help from Dr. Cheyenne Bryant about their co-parenting relationship, the discussion soon took a major turn.

Moreover, DeJesus was ecstatic for her ex, telling the camera that all she wanted for him was for him to be happy and successful in life. Unfortunately, the pleasant vibes were short-lived. DeJesus and Austin met with therapist Dr. Bryant to get to the bottom of their problems.

The handsome hunk began by stating that “inconsistency,” particularly regarding their schedules, was the “downfall” of the couple’s relationship. Austin explained that Nova hasn’t paid him any visits recently. Although Nova had shown an interest in visiting, Austin subsequently learns via DeJesus that she does not wish to visit.

Furthermore, Austin tells Bryant that she trusts him to be there for DeJesus when he asks whether she can count on him. She, on the other hand, does not agree. DeJesus, for example, claimed that Austin did not show up to assist set up Nova’s birthday celebration.

The 27-year-old then discussed the contradictions she’s encountered with Austin. According to her, Austin was allegedly living on the couch for five years at one time. He disputed this, claiming that the period was barely a year and a half. Austin became increasingly enraged as he stated that he did not want to be lied to on television. Austin threatened to quit the scene at the end of the episode if things continued in the same manner.
