Michelle Williams is pregnant for the third time. Variety has discovered that the Oscar-nominated actress, 41, and her husband Thomas Kail, 44, will have their first child this fall. With her spouse Thomas Kail, she will have her second child. They were expecting a child in 2020, and Williams has a 16-year-old daughter with late actor Heath Ledger, who died in January 2008.

Williams tells Variety, “It’s completely joyful.” “As the years pass, you begin to worry what they may or may not contain for you. It’s thrilling to realize that something you’ve wanted repeatedly is now accessible once again. My family and I am grateful for our excellent fortune.“

The American actress went on to say that during the pandemic, she became a mother again. “It served as a sobering reminder that life goes on. The world we brought a baby into is not what we expected, yet the infant is blissfully unaware of this. He enjoys the pure delight of exploration and the warmth of a loving household.” Similarly, Allison Williams welcomed their first baby with Alexander Dreymon in April.

“Nothing motivates you to make the world a better place like raising a wonderful child. It’s the pinnacle of artistic expression “Williams continued. “The transcendent moments in life and art are the most euphoric. It’s the same with having children. To produce a new life, you merge your DNA with that of another person.“

“I wondered if I could work while pregnant, but I’m too weary,” she remarked, adding that she expects to take a vacation from acting throughout her pregnancy. Williams and Kail previously collaborated on the Fosse/Verdon series, for which Williams received multiple awards, including a SAG Award in 2020. The then-expectant mother offered a nice shout-out to the director, who was present at the event and her daughter, in her victory speech at the time.

“Tommy, I share this [award] with you, just like everything else in our lives,” she remarked. “And, Matilda, being absolutely honest as an actor is one thing; being completely honest as a human being is quite another. That is simply who you are and how you live, and you educate me simply by being yourself.”

Williams has already spoken openly about finding love following the loss of Heath Ledger. In 2018, she told Vanity Fair, “I never lost up on love.” “I always tell Matilda that your father loved me before anybody thought I was talented, attractive, or dressed well.” Likewise, Saraph Polley and David Sandomierski are a married couple.
