In January, Josh shared how he proposed to Audra in an interview. He explained that although he knew the Hollywood star wanted to propose on a specific sandbar at the beach, he hadn’t figured out the details until they were there.

Moreover, Duhamenla and her wife’s wedding happened less than a year after Josh proposed to Audra. In January 2022, he shared the exciting news on Instagram by posting a photo of them on the beach with a handwritten letter that asked, “Audra Diana Maria, Will You Marry Me?”
He wrote in the post, “It’s on,” mentioning that Audra found a message in a bottle on the shore and said YES!
“On that morning, it kinda hit me — I was like, ‘You know what? You guys have any empty bottles around here?’ And I went and talked to the concierge,” he said. “So we planned it all out — I was gonna walk her down there as this thing was floating up.”
Similarly, there was a little worry before the proposal because the bottle wasn’t on the sand when they reached the sandbar. They played a game of cornhole, and during the diversion, the bottle washed up, allowing Josh to pop the big question to Audra.

The Transformers alum Duhamel got married to his now wife Mari on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Olivet Lutheran Church in Fargo, North Dakota. The household actor and his bride were seen driving in a red convertible Cadillac on their special day.
