Macaulay Culkin & Brenda Song are Engaged
According to multiple news outlets, Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song are engaged. The “Home Alone” alum, 41, proposed after the birth of their first child together, 9-month-old Dakota Song Culkin, a source confirmed to People on Wednesday.
Song, 33, was also spotted wearing a massive diamond ring on that finger while out and about in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Monday, according to photos obtained by E! News. Song and Culkin’s representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Their engagement follows the birth of their son Dakota on April 5, 2021, in Los Angeles. “We’re overjoyed,” the couple said at the time in a statement. Dakota Culkin, Culkin’s late sister, died in 2008 at the age of 29 from injuries sustained in a car accident.
Culkin and the “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” alum have been dating for four years and have expressed a desire to start a family together. In February 2020, Culkin told Esquire, “We practice a lot.” “We’re figuring it out, figuring out how to make the timing work.” “Nothing gets you more excited than when your lady walks into the room and says, ‘Honey, I’m ovulating.'”
Song and Culkin first sparked romance rumors in July 2017 when they were seen on a dinner date at Craig’s in Los Angeles. While this will be Song’s first wedding, Culkin previously married actress Rachel Miner from 1998 to 2002.
