Kim Kardashian Revealed She re-wore a Dress from 2011 to Kourtney Kardashian’s Italian Wedding!

Kim Kardashian said that she recently wore an outfit from her enormous wardrobe to her sister Kourtney Kardashian‘s third wedding ceremony in Portofino, Italy. On Saturday, the SKIMS founder disclosed to her Twitter and Instagram followers that the dress she wore to her sister Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker‘s Italian wedding last weekend was a reward from 11 years ago. Kourtney also changed her name now.

“Here’s a fun tidbit about this wedding outfit!” Kim, 41, shared her thoughts on her Instagram Story. “I know you guys just saw me in my archieve [sic] on The Kardashians last week! Every piece has been photographed and is available on an app.” “So when I found out I was heading to Italy (I LOVE a theme for a trip), I dug out all of my Dolce & Gabbana clothing to put on again and see if I could re-wear anything!” the mother of four stated.

“The wedding dress was a Dolce & Gabbana I bought at Bergdorf Goodman in 2011 and wore to the Glamour Awards,” she revealed, uploading a photo of herself in the sleeveless piece at the time. “But to make the garment more modern and more me,” Kim continued, “I overlaid the lace look with this lace gloved Vetements dress I had in my wardrobe.“

On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Kim’s rear announcement follows a view of the vast warehouse where she maintains her fashion archives, including an estimated 30,000 pieces spanning her 15 years in the spotlight.

“I’m having a lot of fun trying to figure out what my new fashion era is going to be. I’m simply expecting to get some inspiration today because I have so much things and have lived through so many various fashion eras “In a confessional, Kim stated. “I enjoy seeing all of this, so all I want to do is see where I’ve been and where I want to go.“

The model also discussed reinventing her style following her divorce from Kanye West, who used Kim as a style muse during their eight-year marriage. “When it comes to my style, Kanye has always been there as a crutch, teaching me so much about fashion,” she continued. “And not having it as a crutch, as a guide, has really forced me to sort things out on my own.“

“I’m ready to go on, and the status of my relationship with Kanye hasn’t been apparent to everyone because I was trying to sort it out as well.” But I believe that for so long, I’ve been so reliant on others that I’ve forgotten that I, too, have an opinion. And I completely forgot about it.“

The beautiful lady talked about some of her favorite fashion experiences with a friend and publicist, Tracy Romulus while going through her numerous racks and boxes of apparel. “It’s like a recollection every time I look at something,” Kim stated.

“The wonderful thing about Kim is that you can hold up a garment and she’ll tell you where she wore it, what color her eye shadow was, whether she had a bang, if she had a high ponytail,” Romulus said. “Every clothing she wears has a story behind it.“

“Quiz me,” Kim joked before recalling her New Year’s Eve outfits in Las Vegas following her 2011 divorce from ex-husband Kris Humphries and her first Emmy Awards appearance in 2009. Aside from being a fashion warehouse, Kim also stated that she wants to “wear sweatpants.” Hulu releases new episodes of The Kardashians every Thursday.
