Brittany Matthews is in the best shape of her life. The fiancee of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently shared a photo of herself sleeping out in the sun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on Instagram. In the shot, Matthews is wearing a bikini and clapping back at those who want to comment on her breasts.

In the caption, Matthews wrote, “Haters will say they are fake, but breastfeeding moms will understand.” Sterling Skye Matthews, Brittany’s daughter, was born in February. Mahomes expressed his excitement about becoming a father shortly before she arrived.

Mahomes said, “Hopefully [Brittany] gets all the way to her due date, but I mean really, anytime, I could be having a baby girl and I’m super excited about that.” He added, “It’s gonna be something special, and I’m excited for the journey of trying to find ways to better myself and become the best dad that I can be.” Sterling arrived a few weeks after Mahomes, and the Chiefs were defeated in the Super Bowl by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The couples are now taking advantage of their vacation time, as Mahomes must report to training camp next month. Mahomes discussed his training process in an interview with CNBC earlier this year.

The player said, “I’m big on waking up early and doing it in the morning. I usually wake up at 6 or 7 in the morning and go get a workout or get therapy. Then I go home and take care of my body which is a sauna, ice bath or hot tub, stretching or massages.” He then stated, “I make sure to get up to get that all done so I can be around my family and be a dad and do whatever I can to have time for myself to relax.“

Matthews is making her movements as Mahomes prepares for another NFL season. She joined an ownership group for a soccer team in Kansas City in December. The team debuted in April as a member of the National Women’s Soccer League.
