Elizabeth Chambers Reveals She and Ex Armie Hammer are in ‘A Really Great Place’
The ex-couple Elizabeth Chambers & Armie Hammer are once again in media news. At the same time, television star Elizabeth claims that she and her ex-husband Armie Hammer are “in a wonderful place” despite their divorce and the controversy surrounding his cannibalistic behavior.
Similarly, after ten years of marriage and the birth of their children, Ford Armand Douglas Hammer, age 5, and Harper Grace Hammer, age 7, a 40-year-old television star and businesswoman, filed for divorce from the actor starred in The Man from U.N.C.L.E. in July of 2020.
Elizabeth spoke in an interview, “We have not finalized our divorce. But now things are looking up tremendously. “We constantly communicate,” “We’re devoted to our children and to bring together non-romantically for them.”
“Children require both their mother and father. There’s nothing we won’t do. Elizabeth said there had been some difficulties in co-parenting because of the allegations of sexual abuse and rape against Hammer that surfaced soon after she ended the marriage.“
According to Chambers, Hammer has been doing well ever since he went into treatment for his drug and sex abuse problems.
Armie’s main concern right now is getting better. Chambers mentioned the “oxygen mask principle theory,” which states that “you can’t properly take care of someone unless you are taken care of.” “It is logical for people to put on their oxygen masks before they help others. He’s been entirely occupied with securing his mask.
“Since putting on my mask and making sure the kids have theirs, I’ve been concentrating on keeping them safe.”
Despite the end of her marriage and the ongoing scandal surrounding 36-year-old Hammer, now that Chambers has secured her identity and is seeing someone new, she can look back on her time with him with fondness.
The Bird Bakery owner Chambers expressed, “We share a lot of childhood memories.” “It was quite different time in my life, but I don’t think we’re starting over. I think we’re continuing with a new perspective.”
Elizabeth admitted she had first avoided Discovery+’s tell-all documentary series “House of Hammer” but later watched it with her “support system.” Also, Armie’s aunt says that he was meant for a “monster” life.
“It was terrible and painful on many levels.” It exists, she said. “The past is always the past; all we can do is learn, listen, and hopefully heal.”
She was “surprised” by what she saw, but “that’s to be anticipated.” It didn’t feel fantastic, especially after all that labor,” she said, “but work is never done.”
