Lizzo Teases Chris Evans in Yet Another Flirty Conversation

Lizzo is teasing her fans once again over her flirtatious contacts with actor Chris Evans. She changed the words to her song “Tyrone” while playing at Art Basel in Miami over the weekend. Instead of singing, “Better call Tyrone,” she yelled out, “Perhaps I Should Call Chris Evans,” to the audience’s delight.

“Perhaps Captain America might put another bun in my oven,” she said, referring to a TikTok she posted earlier this summer about the claims. In August, the “Good as Hell” singer joked on TikTok that she had been “sucking in” and was pregnant with the MCU star’s child.

The songwriter added in the video that she was playing the Captain America: The First Avenger theme song “This is something I’ve been trying to keep personal and private between myself and my child’s father, but since we’re broadcasting all the rumors today, I’ve given in. We’re going to enjoy a taste of America.“

Furthermore, Lizzo returned to TikTok to reveal the DM she received from Evans following the joke, which stated, “Hi! I just heard about our little bundle of joy. my mother will be so happy lol. …Just promise me, no gender reveal parties lol!”.

The American singer added the following caption to the video: “OMG YALL — HE SAW THE BABY BUMP! WE DID IT! NOW YALL GOTTA NAME LIL MERICA!!!!! WHAT YALL BOUTA NAME MY BABY ?!” Since she admittedly got drunk and sneaked into his DMs in April, Lizzo and Evans have been arguing on social media.

“No shame in a drunk DM god knows I’ve done worse on this app, lol,” the Knives Out star responded at the time, using a kissy-faced and facepalm emoji. Lizzo replied, “Well, they say you miss 100 percent of the shots you never take,” Evans added, “and even though I unsent it like an idiot, I’m pleased you know I exist now.” I’m a huge fan! Keep doing what you’re doing!”.
