Ben Stiller Reconcile With Wife Christine Taylor
The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in several heartbreaking farewells, but it was a moment of reconciliation for Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor. After 17 years of marriage, the pair divorced in 2017. However, in a recent interview with Esquire, Stiller claimed that the couple had reunited.
The American actor reveals that their reconciliation resulted from their mutual choice in the early days of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown to have him move back into the family home — the pair had been living apart. Taylor and Stiller agreed that it was the best way for him to visit Ella and Quinn, their children.
“After that, it evolved through time,” the handsome hunk explained. “We were separated and reunited, which we are grateful for. It’s been a fantastic experience for all of us. It was unexpected, and it was one of the outcomes of the pandemic.“

Stiller compares their ability to figure things out to his own realizations about horseback riding in an odd analogy. “I realized a few years ago that I don’t like horseback riding,” he explained. “I’m probably not going to go horseback riding if the opportunity arises. Now I’m a horse person! They’re lovely, in my opinion.
Petting them is something I enjoy doing. I enjoy watching others ride horses, and I enjoy watching my children ride horses as well. I simply do not enjoy horseback riding. And once you realize it, you’ll be able to save a lot of energy.”
After meeting on a never-aired Fox pilot, Heat Vision, and Jack, the couple married in 2000. Onscreen, they’ve appeared in Dodgeball, Zoolander, Tropic Thunder, Zoolander 2, Arrested Development, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, among others.
