Regarding their decision to show it live, Amber stated that. “If we do do this televised, we get to share it with the world. And the fact that America got to fall in love with us while we fell in love, on TV, we almost feel like they should get to see us uniting and becoming husband and wife.”

At their wedding, 300 guests appeared, including 12 groomsmen and eight bridesmaids. Several members and contestants from the TV show Survivor attended the party to congratulate the newlywed couple. During the wedding, both the groom and Bride wore matching outfits. On the one hand, Groom wore his silver tuxedo with a white shirt.
